Penticton Elvis Festival had fundraisers coming up (No link, just text) Penticton Herald: - The chairman of the Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival said the pieces are fitting into place for this year‘s event, which is set for June 25 to 27 at Okanagan Lake Park and the Trade and Convention Centre in Penticton. The annual festival draws roughly 5,000 people who travel from Western Canada and parts of the United States. Barry Sjolin said last year close to 60 professional and amateur Elvis tribute artists were shaking, rattling and rolling for audiences – all in memory of The King of Rock and Roll, who remains as popular as ever, particularly among Baby Boomers.
